Allocation, replenishment and transfers

OODARIS proposes how many units each store gets, in each size. Replenishment and store-to-store transfers are coming soon. By default, your allocation team approves each move before it is written back.

The Flow decisions

OODARIS proposes the answer to each of these.

  • Allocation planning & optimization

  • Replenishment

    • Replenishment decides what each store reorders, and when, for styles that sell all season. The daily order balances sales and stock on hand and on order against reorder points, within pack sizes, minimum-order quantities and vendor rules.

  • Transfers

    • Transfers move stock between stores, or from a warehouse to a store, when one location is selling out and another holds too much. The decision weighs sell-through, weeks of cover and the size run in each store against the cost of the move, so a style keeps selling at full price where the demand is.

Allocation

Today
A broken size curve shows up in the weekly report after the best doors have sold through their core sizes.
With OODARIS
Breaks are caught door by door, and each one arrives with a pack change, a transfer plan and its commercial impact.

Guide
Plan a pilot for allocation

Bring one broken size run.

In a demo, we walk it from the overnight check to the approved pack change and transfer. A pilot runs one Flow decision on your data, with 8–12 weeks to a first live cycle.

What happens next

  1. A reply within 24 hours

A person on the OODARIS team reads your note and writes back to set up a first call.

  2. The first call

We map the decision's data, handoffs and approvals, and show how OODARIS would work through it.

  3. A pilot, if it fits

8–12 weeks to a first live cycle, run on your data with your approvals.
